Sharni Quinn is passionate about empowering women with how to redesign their life and transform from 'burnout to bliss' and from 'feeling trapped to being free'!

She believes that every woman is meant to shine, to live their best Life and to share their light with the world… without burning out & losing themselves in the process!

After spending 12 years in the Women's Wellness industry, having taught more than 6500 yoga classes, organized & facilitated many retreats worldwide, started up and worked on 5 businesses, being an author, writer, speaker & Life Coach... Sharni eventually burnt out.

She then redesigned her Life!

Now, she lives in Bali, aims to work only 3hrs a day on her business & the rest of the day 'work' on herself - therefore enjoying gentle yoga sessions, having a daily massage, and connecting with like-minded friends.
