Get out of your head and into your body – Meditation

Think of how often you are in your head!

During a day you are probably going through your long to-do list.

Are you wondering if you have thought about everything for the next event you are hosting?
Don’t forget to send that email to your client.
Oh dear, quickly write down that it is your sister’s birthday tomorrow and you still need to get her a gift!

We live such busy lives and expect ourselves to be multitasking-ball-juggling-Superwomen.

Consequently, this keeps us all in our head for the entire day and entirely disconnected to our body.
How can you listen to your body’s messages if you don’t even have time to stop and breathe?

Sometimes, you just need a reminder to get out of your head and back into your body.

I know you are busy.
However, take 5 minutes out of your day to watch this video and do the breathing exercises (note to self… DON’T DO while driving!)

    I used to love your articles in Natural Medicines and have been following you on FB. I wish you a total recovery from the dreaded burnout – have been there twice myself, still have the scars. Take care, you beautiful soul!
