This is a 10 week program that takes you step-by-step through the exact process that I created for myself to heal my burnout, chronic fatigue, adrenal dysfunction and depression… naturally!
It is developed with the life lessons, words of wisdom and healing travel adventures in mind that I experienced through the many Chinese Medicine doctors, naturopaths, kinesiologists, acupuncturists, functional doctors, yoga teachers, ashram gurus, meditation guides, spiritual workshops, advanced yoga teachers training, Thai Yoga Massage therapists, life coaches, astrologists, numerologists and traditional Balinese healers that supported me on my 66 day ‘Burnout Rehab and Recovery Program’ in Bali.
As well as feedback from the 130-odd women that have joined me on my retreats, or from the 6 500 yoga sessions I have taught or private life coaching clients I have supported over the past 10 years.
A combination of yoga, meditations, visualizations, nutritional & lifestyle support and life coaching – this program is presented to you in video modules, workbooks and live Q & A coaching sessions.
